SCREENING

SCREENING is the process of separating products with different sized granules through a perforated surface.
In order to effectively separate the product, it is necessary to create a situation in which the granules have the greatest number of opportunities to go through the screening deck. The deck vibrates continuously with the correct amount of energy, according to the criteria we set based on years of experience.
Determining the oscillation parameters and having the freedom to change them are fundamental for reaching the perfect balance between capacity and  efficiency.

Each application has different characteristics, and only after years of experience and cooperation with clients is it possible to reach the desired performance levels.
