Vibrations in electromagnetic feeders are produced by an electromagnetic oscillator. The vibration frequency and, therefore, also the amplitude, can be changed by using a dedicated electronic board (produced by us) which comes with the machine.
An electromagnetic feeder is the ideal solution for volumetric DOSING of the product with precision that can reach 1%.
The electronic board is prepared for the installation of an accelerometer sensor that, installed on the machine, generates a signal through which the energy of the electromagnet can be changed, in order to maintain the flow rate constant while changing oscillation parameters.
