Vibrating machines are used in the polymer synthesis process for the phases following  polymerisation, when the granules are already formed and it is necessary to separate them from the solvents, and then dry and screen them for packaging.
The production of masterbatches and compounds include screening, transport and drying as well.
For over 40 years, we have been collaborating with our Clients to design specific vibrating equipment for producing synthetic rubber and plastic: 

• screens for classification, clump elimination (worms, longs, ...) and dust removal;
• variable incidence dryers (to optimize residence time);
• spiral elevators with thermal exchange (heating, cooling or both);
• magnetic feeders for precise dosing of products to packaging.
